Boot Camp
Boot Camp is a results-driven physical conditioning program designed to bring out the athlete in everyone. Workouts include cardiovascular, speed and agility, endurance, partner resistance, strength training and balance. Boot Camp is for all fitness levels. The instructors keep the workouts fun and safe, while offering a challenge to all participants. Whether you workout daily or haven’t broken a sweat since high school, this class is for you.
The Boot Camp classes at Tensile Strength Studio are held on our 90,000 square foot indoor turf field and 5,000 square foot Training Center equipped with state-of-the-art sports performance equipment. Utilizing these two spaces keeps the workouts fresh and engaging, with everyone moving toward their individual fitness goals.
