Our certified Personal Trainers bring a wide range of expertise to the Training Center. Each trainer has been carefully selected for their outstanding credentials and commitment to training and fitness. We will work with you to reach your goals no matter what level you are starting at.

Getting Started!
•Schedule a Fitness consultation with one of our Trainers.  This allows us to understand your goals, and helps us formulate a plan to help you achieve them.

Training Schedule
•After your initial consultation, you’ll set up your training schedule with a trainer.  Classes, individual training, and nutrition goals will be set based on your consultation.  Once you get started, we can change and update your program as your fitness level increases!

Type of Training

•Here at the Lake Barrington Field House, we offer a variety of options when it comes to training.  We offer classes, small group, and individual instruction.  If desired, we can help you figure out a starting point from your fitness consultation that combines individual training and small group or class training.  As you progress in your program, you can change your schedule as you like!  If you want more one-on-one training, or you wish you to do more classes we offer a wide range of times for you to do both!

The same training principles that help our athletes to reach high levels also helps reactivate old muscles and connective tissues to help the body “remember” how it used to function at a younger age.  This revival can help recovery, improve joint function and stability, and help improve every day activity.
